"when I was young" - right, because you are so old... :) didn't think about the smelly part :))) my 1st job was at a bride's dresses shop... can't get worse :)))
Those were some great first jobs you had! Full of stories, I imagine :-) My first job (except from delivering the local news paper which doesn't really count) was as a photo copy girl in a law firm, now, THAT was boring ;-)
you know that you are not old at all... my 1st job was... well... lets call it different :) I'm not very fond of wedding parties, cakes, dresses AT ALL. so being caught in the middle of all that fuss without getting a thing at the age of 17 (or so... not sure was a LOOOONG time ago :) was... different :)
delivering papers and flowers sounds fun. photocopying sounds... boring :) but better than smelling bowling shoes or folding impossibly long fluffy dresses ;)
Well, it wasn't thaaaat bad - the law firm specialized in copyright, so I actually learned a few things ;-) But I was very young and very much in the middle of a lot of other things and at that time I didn't really see the charm of "working for money" :-). Later I was offered a job in a fish store - now I actually wish I'd taken it, but then I decided to work as a babysitter for 6 months instead ...
fish stores are smelly. you did well. well, babies can be smelly too. hmmm, difficult choice ;) and there we go with the age thing! you are VERY young, you are the youngest on this blog, only 26! we are ALL young, very young! :D
my grandpa had grey hair at the age of 20... when I met him (he was almost 70 already) he had completely white hair, really cute :) i got my grandma's genes (well, so far!)
the bowling shoes :) sweet :)
