Lisbon doesn't equal disused buildings miss Degner ;) this is near the Tempelhof airport, the one which is disused (but full of things going on at the moment, they are so great...).
Actually, it wasn't the building but the "calçada" looking thing in front of the building that made me think of Lisbon ;-) Until I realized it's probably little white, loose rocks?
